About Nati

I believe business is a tool for transformation

Personal, economic, and social. Behind every business there is a person trying to build something important for themselves, their family, or their community. My work exists for that person.

What moves me

01

Clarity before tactics.

Most growth problems are clarity problems. Before anyone invests time, money, or energy in tactics, tools, or technology, I help them find clarity and build a solid foundation.

02

Judgment before tools.

An AI tool amplifies judgment when that judgment already exists. I bring practical technology and AI into every engagement, with analysis leading the way.

03

People at the center.

I work with businesses, and I accompany people. My training as an ontological coach shapes how I listen, how I teach, and how I help owners make decisions with confidence.

04

Strategy that lands.

Strategy only matters if it lands in a real business. Everything I build is documented, taught, and handed over, so people can run it without me.
